 don't use rubbing alcohol just do the sea salt soak the rubbing alcohol will dry it out and cause more problems than its worth. and u should really have a pro do it.

 Testicles don't get enlarged when full of semen, they DON'T get full of semen, testicles produce testosterone (the male hormone), not semen, the prostate produces semen.
