I had a file with a cake in it just in case you needed it! Grand canyon. I believe it was Francisco Vázquez de Coronado who found it way Way WAY back ... even before BiBBzie! As they were going past he sent a detachment down to examine the creek.... Several days later the intrepid explorers returned to Report that the "creek was the MIGHTY COLORADO River and the gorge was WAY Bigger than they anticipated

There's so much history on RT 66. I'm glad you got the chance to experience part of it. Radiator Springs from the Pixar movie cars was inspired by locations on RT 66.
